7 Chakras, 7 Sacred Directions
There are 7 internal chakras and 7 sacred directions that we balance, pray to and seek to energise. Is there a connection between these two phenomenon?
Chakra is a Sanskrit word which means “wheel”. These ‘wheels’ of energy rotate within our body and are located on prime meridians of energy over major energy connections within our body’s energy field. The 7 sacred directions are located on the wheel of the compass, above, below and within. These are also power or energy centres. The energy centre’s or chakras allow us to detect the flow of energy within our bodies and we are able to balance and enhance our energetic and emotional bodies, spiritual bodies if you will.
